Privacy policy
Last updated September 28, 2026. This covers the website and waiting list. The app has its own, shorter statement: it collects nothing.

What happens when you sign up
The form sends your email address to Buttondown. They store it so we can send you a launch email. Open and click tracking are turned off on our list. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by writing to us.
Transfer to the United States
Buttondown stores your address in the United States. The transfer is covered by Buttondown's data processing agreement, which uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with the Swiss addendum.
The confirmation email
Right after you sign up, Buttondown sends you one email asking you to confirm. You are only on the list once you click the link in it. If you never click it, you get nothing else from us, and the unconfirmed address is deleted after 30 days.
What we do not do
We do not sell, share or rent your address. We do not connect it to the app. The app has no account and sends nothing to us, so there is nothing to connect it to.
How long we keep it
Until launch, plus one year, or until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your email address, or object to or restrict its use, at any time. Write to pp@neatnet.tech and we will delete it within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the same rights under the CCPA.

Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes, and the previous version stays in the public repository.
